With regard to the prevention, control and treatment of COVID-19 in the context of increasing number of infections with new variants in Nepal, following decisions have been made by the Government of Nepal on 02 May 2021:
- From 6 May 2021 midnight, all international flights will be suspended until 14 May 2021.
- The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation will issue flight permission to chartered flights serving international destinations and to the rescue flights on the condition that health protocols are fully observed.
- Passengers traveling to/from Nepal in chartered and rescue international flights will be required to present PCR reports containing barcode and photograph.
नेपाल प्रवेश गर्ने सम्पूर्ण यात्रुहरूका लागि अत्यन्त जरूरी सूचना
विश्वभर फैलिदै गईरहेको नयाँ भेरियन्ट सहितको कोभिड-१९ को संक्रमण नेपालमा बढ्दै गएको सन्दर्भमा सोको रोकथाम, नियन्त्रण तथा उपचार सम्बन्धमा नेपाल सरकारले मिति १९ वैशाख २०७८ मा गरेका निर्णयहरू देहायबमोजिम रहेका छन्:
१. मिति २०७८ वैशाख २३ गते राति १२:०० बजेदेखि वैशाख मसान्तसम्म सबै अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय हवाई उडान स्थगन गर्ने।
२. आन्तरिक र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय चार्टर्ड तथा उद्धार उडानको हकमा स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा मापदण्डको पूर्ण पालना हुने गरी संस्कृति, पर्यटन र नागरिक उड्डयन मन्त्रालयले उडान अनुमति जारी गर्ने।
३. चार्टर्ड र उद्धार अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय उडानबाट नेपाल आउने/जाने यात्रुहरुको बारकोड र फोटो सहितको पिसिआर रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य गर्ने।
